Ali ERCAN
Chairman of the Board
Ali Ercan was born in 1986 in Konya. He completed his high school education at TED Ankara College and his undergraduate degree in Business Administration at the University of Leicester, England. Ali Ercan holds various positions within the Ercan Group of Companies, which operates in sectors such as ceramics, tourism, and mining, including General Manager, Board Member, Vice Chairman of the Board, and Chairman of the Board. He possesses extensive knowledge and experience in ceramics and granite production, as well as in financial management. Ali Ercan has launched numerous projects in the construction, tourism, and ceramics industries and is a founding member of various non-governmental organizations.
Murat Latif ADAOĞULLARI

Murat Latif Adaoğulları completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration at Istanbul University and his master's degree in Business Management at Istanbul Arel University. He began his professional career in 1996 at Pamukbank A.Ş., and has held positions in analysis, allocation, and marketing departments at Pamukbank, Halkbank, Ziraat Venture Capital A.Ş., and Ziraat Bank. Since September 2023, Murat Latif Adaoğulları has been continuing his professional career at Q Investment Holding A.Ş.
Serkan ÖNEM
Board Member
Serkan Önem was born in 1980 in Gaziantep. He completed his undergraduate studies in Public Administration at the Faculty of Economics, Anadolu University. He began his finance career in 2007 at Citibank's Ankara Commercial Branch. Between 2008 and 2020, he worked in leading positions within the sector, including as a Regional Manager and Sales and Marketing Director. In November 2020, he joined the Ercan Group of Companies as the Marketing Director. In June 2021, he became the founding General Manager at Allbatross Venture Capital and served as a Board Member at Orsa Pallet and Packaging and Rockharbour Marine Industry. He also held the position of Group Marketing Director at the group's leading companies, Bien Yapı and Qua Granite. Additionally, since 2022, he has been serving as a Board Member at Bien Finance Factoring, Tiffany Ceramica Granite, Allbatross Portfolio Management, and Allbatross Venture Capital.
Tolga ATAÇ
General Manager
Born in 1971 in Ankara, Tolga Ataç completed his high school education at TED Ankara College and his undergraduate studies in Economics at Middle East Technical University (METU). He further obtained a master's degree in International Trade and Finance from American University. Entering the finance sector in 1995, Ataç has served in leadership roles in International, Corporate Sales, and Trading departments at institutions such as Koçbank, Koç Investment, Bayındır Securities, TEB Investment, Finans Investment, and Morgan Stanley, where he acquired extensive industry experience and knowledge. Making significant contributions nationally and internationally, Ataç most recently held the positions of Deputy General Manager and General Manager at EFG Securities, which later became known as Burgan Investment.
